The IT Operations Engineer will be responsible for guaranteeing IT operations, the quality of IT services and the administration of the technological platform, in order to guarantee a high availability of the platform, aligned with the organization's strategy. Report to IT Operations Leader. The position will be based in Medellín (Colombia)
The main objective will be to keep the AdCap technological platform operational, in accordance with the regulations, processes, administration activities and solutions to the different incidents and requirements that arise what is an operations engineer.
Responsibilities
Manage IT operations.
Manage the technological platform.
Ensuring the proper functioning of IT operations.
Manage and administer applications throughout the life cycle.
Manage the technology providers that implement the solutions.
Implement rapid incident solutions.
Backup management, completion, verification and restoration.
Perform access management.
Manage networks and communications.
Manage the availability and capacity of the platform.
Management of environments.
Data center management.
Our Ideal Candidate
Systems or Telecommunications Engineer, with knowledge in information technology with at least 2 years of experience including leadership skills, working in financial services.
Experience in operations management and platform administration in the financial sector.
Knowledge of Microsoft products, networks, Internet services, information security, infrastructure architecture and operating systems.
Knowledge and experience in:
Management of requests, problems and incidents.
Use of information management tools.
Technology platform administration
Administration of networks and communications.
IT operations management.

Database administration.
